A CSV export of all transactions is saved to your backups folder
A PDF summary report is generated for your records
Archived transactions are hidden by default but can be viewed anytime using the "Show Archived" toggle
AI analysis and reports can still access archived data for historical comparisons

Ensure all transactions for the year are properly categorized
Review any pending imports or receipts to process
Consider running a backup before archiving
Archived years can be unarchived if you need to view transactions month-by-month again

Archive years to close them out, or unarchive to view transactions month-by-month in quick links.
